Condominio Brisas has a privileged location over Kukulkán Boulevard, just 10 minutes’ drive from vibrant La Isla Shopping Village. The complex has private beach area, outdoor pool and a sunbed area by the pool side. This comfortable and modern-decorated apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner hob, fridge, kitchenware and microwave. The dining area is for 4 guests and adjacent sofa is available. The bedroom has flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi access and a vanity mirror with table, plus a small sofa bed. The bathroom provides towels and a hairdryer, and comes with a shower. Condominio Brisas has a pool-side restaurant that opens from 11:00 to 17:00 hours and serves lunches, snacks and drinks. Food and beverage service can be provided by the pool or at the private beach area with sunbeds. At La Isla, guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. El Rey Archaeological Site and Maya Museum are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. Cancun International Airport can be reached in a 10-minute drive.A deposit of 1 night via bank transfer is required or the reservation can be cancelled by the property (see Hotel Policies). Condominio Brisas will contact the guest with instructions after booking. Cleaning services are available on request for an extra fee.
