The Villa Garajau is a luxury villa in Madeira with a vast green garden and an outdoor swimming pool. The home is within a 5-minute walk from supermarkets, cafés, a pharmacy and a bakery. The villa features views over the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor hosts three large bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, flat-screen satellite TV, iPod Docking Station and private bathrooms. The property features a spacious equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and appliances for guests to prepare their own meals. The Funchal city centre is a 13-minute drive and features plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés to choose from. The ample green garden area has tropical plants adorning it, and is ideal for a relaxing time after a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Babysitting services are provided, at an extra cost. The Funchal Ecological park is a 24-minute drive and features lush green areas and plenty of hiking trails. The Garajau pebble beach is 800 metres away is located in a marine reserve and features activities such as snorkelling and scuba-diving. For golfing enthusiasts, Palheiro Golf is a 13-minute drive away. Villa Garajau is 6.8 km from the Madeira International Airport. Airport shuttle is available, at a surcharge.Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or Paypal (extra charge 3,5%). The remaining amount will be charged at least 45 days prior to arrival. Garajau will contact guests with further details. Garajau also requires a EUR 50 security deposit per person during check in. This amount will be returned at check-out, if no damages are made to the unit. - Cleaning Fee for Occupancy up to 4 people: EUR 50 per person. - Cleaning Fee for Occupancy of more than 4 people: EUR 55 per person.
