Chalet Tissières is a converted farmhouse located in Les Bossons, 4 km from the centre of Chamonix. During the ski season a shuttle service can take guests to and from the slopes. The chalet offers mountain views and contains private rooms and shared dormitories. It can also be rented in its entirety, sleeping up to 22 guests. Guests have access to the living area with fireplace. Upon request, they can enjoy a meal prepared by a chef. Additional facilities include a TV, DVD player, board games, library and hot tub. Activities to be enjoyed in the area include skiing, hiking and biking. Within 5 km can be found a swimming pool, ice rink and cinema. During the winter, the owner is available to help guests arrange ski passes, ski equipment rental and ski lessons.During the winter, the following services are available at an extra charge. Please contact the property directly for further information, contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. - Welcome champagne, afternoon cakes/nibbles/drinks - Cheese board, bread and soup for late evening arrivals - In-valley transfers to and from the ski slopes. This service is available every day between 8:30 and 10:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 to any of the ski stations within the Chamonix valley - A bus pass for the local ski shuttles, stopping a short walk from the Chalet - A 3-course evening meal, available every day, except on Wednesday - Afternoon snacks and glass of mulled wine, tea or coffee, available every day, except on Wednesday - Packed lunches - In-house ski and snowboard rental equipment, delivery and fitting service - Shared or private Geneva Airport transfers
