This new apartment B&B in a family house is located in the port of Gruž,just in residential garden of renaissance villa Gundulich. Apartment Ljilja is in central position the city of Dubrovnik,just 5 min.By bus to the old town. Very close to all major marine and bus stations. This 52m2 B&B apart. on the ground floor stone house consists of two bedrooms,two bathrooms,living room and kitchen.In front of apart. there is terrace with beautiful view on renaissance villa Gundulich and whole marina Gruž. In the same time apart. could be two separate apartments: -apart no.1 have bedroom,bathroom, dining room and kitchen.- for 3 persons. -apart no2. have bedroom,bathroom and kitchen- for 2 persons. Please note: - Payment method on arrival is cash -credit cards is not accepted. -for bookings: PayPal or international wire, -breakfast is not included in my price, -my reception desk is opened all day, - check out 10.00 , check in 12.00 hours. - I accept group but my capacity for the moment are max.5 persons, - all taxes is included in my rates, Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check in from 12:00 to 20:00 . Check out before 12:00 . Taxes included. Breakfast not included.
