Are you looking for a different, quiet, peaceful and relax place to stay in your holidays time in Gran Canaria?. So this is your place, it's totally isolated from the busy and noisy urban life. A calm place for the kind of people that are mostly looking for special places. It also like a “retreat”. As the area is protected by law, no hotels and mass tourism can be found. The area is mostly green and not crowded.It does not mean you are far away of live. It is situated only a 5 minutes away by car from the typical village of Santa Brigida, where you will find shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmancies, typical bars and restaurants, with relaxing terraces where you you can sample the local fresh food washed down with a glass of Gran Canaria wine!......., but it is also only 20 minutes to the beach of Las Canteras (Las Palmas) or 45 minutes to Maspalomas Beach in the south or 25 minutes car ride from airportThis is the perfect base as we are between the mountains and the sea. The house has a 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, that can comfortably sleep 4 people in 2 bunk beds in 4 beds dorm. It includes also a common sitting/living room, where you can relax, read or play cd music, the kitchen is together it. The home is very easily furnished and provides you with bedlinen and towels. Free Wifi. Outside terrace: outdoor shower, 4 sunbeds(On request) Extra Lodging 4 people in sleeping bags on 2 mattresses for 2 people each in two tents for two each in our outdoor terracePlease note:Check in: 2pm - Check out: 12 pm - Breakfast not included - Taxes are included. Method of Payment : We don't accept credit cards. Please pay cash ON ARRIVAL!: It is necessary before lodging firm the contract of your stay dates and pay: - (* Paypal only in advance and if you pay the day you make the reservation.)Cancellation Policy: 7 days before arrival, in special cases please contact us.Minimum Stay: 7 nights (Guests can stay less but payment requested for 7 days)Before doing the booking we remember you: our property is in a special location, you have to be sure you like this location. Inside the house is non-smoking!. Outside is smoking area (Be carefully).Drugs not allowed. Alcohol is allowed if there is not noisy and keep things in order.
