Is a 2 star hotel situated 14 km from the city center and the football stadium in the residential area of the Rusanovka part of Kiev on the left bank of the river. And only 150 m away from a major shopping centre. The hotel was partly renovated in 2011 and has different types of rooms held in light colours. All double and quadruple rooms share toilet/bathroom facilities (only two rooms per toilet/bathroom). All rooms have a TV and most of them also a balcony. Facilities include a small reception open 24 hours and a breakfast room/cafeteria where meals and drinks can be bought. Restaurants and shops are only 150 meters away. To get to the Kiev Euro 2012 football stadium there is a bus stop 200 meters from the hotel and the public bus goes directly to the stadium. Nearest metro station is Livoberizhna, 10 minutes away by bus.
