Alfama River Flat is located at a 10-minute walk from the central Santa Apolónia Train and Metro Stations. The unit is located in Alfama, one of Lisbon’s most historical neighbourhoods, known as the Fado district. This renovated apartment has a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and sofas in its living area. The unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The unit has Tagus River views. Alfama features several Fado houses, where guests can watch a concert while enjoying Portuguese tapas and wine. Several restaurants are also available in the area. Alternatively, guests can prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen. The historical Chiado area is an 8-minute drive and has several shops, cafés and restaurants. Rossio is a 7-minute drive from the apartment. Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.Please note that the 30% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at the time of check-in. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Final cleaning is included. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
