Featuring a furnished outdoor terrace, Felix Apartments is located within a 7-minute drive from the Lisbon centre. The units open onto a private terrace and feature original hardwood floors and large windows. Felix Apartments’ units include a private bathroom, a living area with a TV and a DVD player. The units also include an equipped kitchen and a dining area. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the fully-equipped kitchens at their disposal. Alternatively, a wide range of restaurants is available within a 5-minute walk. The Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s main bar and nightlife area and is just a 5-minute drive from the property. Guests might also wish to visit the historical Alfama neighbourhood, famed for its Fado houses. The Chiado features a number of shops, cafés and bars. The Rossio is an 8-minute drive and is also a renowned historical area, filled with traditional cafés and shops. São Jorge Castle is an 11-minute drive away. The Lisbon International Airport is a 16-minute drive from the Felix Apartments.Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. A 30% deposit of the total reservation amount will be charged on the day of booking, either by bank transfer or Paypal. Felix Apartments will contact guests with further details. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
