This apartment is located in Alfama, at the heart of one of Lisbon’s most charming neighbourhoods. Lisbon Soul Flat @ Alfama is a 7-minute drive from the Lisbon city centre. This newly-renovated apartment features an equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available. Guests may choose to eat in and prepare their own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen at their disposal. Alternatively, there are plenty of local and traditional restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Alfama features various Fado houses, where guests can take in a concert while enjoying Portuguese tapas and wine. Bairro Alto, Lisbon’s main bar area is 2 km away. The Chiado and the Rossio. Historical areas are at a 12-minute walk. Both areas feature a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants. The Santa Apolónia Train and Metro Stations are a 15-minute walk away from the apartment. Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive from Lisbon Soul Flat @ Alfama.Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Guests should call the property 1 hour before check-in time in order to inform the owner of their arrival. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the day of booking, via bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be paid in cahs at the time of check in. Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Guests must clean the apartment before check-out. Otherwise, an added fee of EUR 50 will be charged. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Late check-in is available, at an extra fee. From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 20. From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 30.
