R4D Lux Principe Real Apartments has a good, central location in the historical area Principe Real. It is close to many restaurants, museums and important sights, and public transportation is easily found nearby. The apartments are very stylish, modern and tasteful. They have a comfortable living room equipped with TV, DVD, sofa bed and a dining table for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. They have new facilities and modern design, and all the utensils you will need, including internet (free of charge), air conditioning and a balcony with a view of Lisbon.The apartment staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time of arrival. The staff will give you the keys and practical information needed. You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract, also signed by the owner. You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash). Check-in time is from 15:00. Rent4days charges an extra amount for check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays, and for late check-ins (after 22:00. After 01:00 the late arrival fee is a higher amount). The latest check-out time is 11:00. Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people, or apartment type) are possible, but are subject to acceptance by Rent4days and entail a management fee.
