Located in the heart of the famous 'Bairro Alto', known as one of the most picturesque areas of the Lisbon's city center and trendiest nightlife quarter, 'Penthouse in Bairro Alto' is a sunny and relaxing, easy going decorated, fully equipped and renovated apartment. It comprises a front-facing living and dining room, with a sunny balcony and a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, 2 very quiet double bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire apartment is very bright, spacious and has a view over Lisbon's sunny rooftops. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for a group of friends or a family. FREE fresh bed linen, towels, internet (WiFi + ADSL) and a big welcoming smile at the door are included on its price! Please, do come in and be our guest! Please note: Minimum Stay : 3 days. Cancellation policy : 3 days advance notice. Only cash payment accepted on arrival. A Damage Deposit of 150 EUR will be charged upon arrival, in cash. The Damage Deposit is 100% refundable, if the apartment and its contents are left in good order, with no breakage or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Check-in : 12:00. Check-out : 11:00. 20 EUR fee if the Check-in/check-out is between 08.00pm and 08.00am. Breakfast not included, self-catering apartment. Taxes included.
