This apartment complex is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre of Lloret de Mar. In the vicinity is the entertainment area with many shops, bars and restaurants. It is located only 150 metres from the main beach of Lloret de Mar. Girona Airport is about 25 km away and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 80 km away.These self-catering apartments are available to rent in a private complex facing the sea. Fully renovated in 2010, there are a total of 19 apartments in the aparthotel. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a café.There are 1- and 2-bedroom apartments as well as studios available. The studios have a full kitchen and bathroom. The apartments have a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the lounge, a kitchen with microwave and toaster, as well as a bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning/heating. All of the en suite bathrooms come with shower. Further standard in-room amenities include a radio, safe, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a balcony or terrace.Guests are invited to take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool which has a great poolside snack bar. There are sun loungers laid out ready for use on the sun terrace in the communal area where guests can enjoy sunbathing and cooling down. Sun loungers are also available on the nearby sandy beach (for a fee).
