The Residena Motta is situated in the heart of the charming old town (citt vecchia) of Locarno. In the Italian styled citt vecchia of Locarno you will find elegant shops, renovated antique houses, romantic courts, churches and museums. Barbara and Urs Schmid, the proprietors of the Residenza Motta, invite you to get to know their Apartment-House better. The Residenza Motta-House is open all over the year. They speak English, Italian, German and French All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 30 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. No arrival on Sundays Check in is between 12.00 and 18.00 hrs. Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrive later the 18.00 hrs. Check out time is 10.00 hrs
