An older 9 floor building from the Soviet era houses this hostel of low standard situated in the outskirts of the city (3,5 km). Although some basic renovation will take place before the Championships the sanitary and room quality will remain low. The superior rooms hold a somewhat better category but are still very basic. Every two rooms share a separate bathroom and a toilet. There is a small mini market just outside the hostel but apart from that the area does not offer shopping or eating facilities. Bus to the center of town stops next door and to get to the stadium (6 km) you will need to change to another bus.
