In the historic Barrio de Las Letras, residence of eminent writers of the Spanish Golden Age, you will find prestigious museums like El Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia. A few minute walk from the apartment lies the Parque del Retiro, Madrid's main park and green lung, and the Madrid de los Austrias District with its Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and Royal Theatre, which are some of the places that will impress you for its architectural beauty. Also nearby are the emblematic Puerta del Sol and the Gran Via and Alcala streets, with plenty of shops and theatres. It can comfortably fit up to 10 people: In addition to the queen bed and 4 individual beds, it has a sofa-bed with capacity for 2 people in the living-room, and 2 folding beds on wheels that can be installed in any of the rooms at your convenience. Due to its excellent location -in the heart of Madrid's leisure and culture main area- and magnificent accessibility to all type of public transportation (Cercanias, 3 subway lines and numerous bus lines just a few minute walk), the Hemingway Santa Ana apartment is ideal for couples, families or friends to enjoy a perfect vacation. - Special discounts for stays longer than a month - Children under two years of age do not pay - Minimum stay: 3 nights - The babycot's use will have an extra charge of 50€ per stay. The rest, plus 200€ deposit (which will be returned if the apartment is in perfect condition) may be paid in cash upon arrival or through bank transfer or paypal before arrival. This security deposit is refunded assuming no damages, and is returned no later than 48hours after departure via bank transfer or paypal. Special conditions: - Arrival time: from 02:00pm. - Departure time: before 11:00am. - Cleaning: only on departure. - Smoking: Yes - Pets: No Check-in time conditions on arrival: 30€ extra charge for arrivals after 10:00pm and on holidays.
