La Casa de Ana is a newly reformed apartment in the heart of Malaga city center with three bedroom with shared bathroom, living area, open kitchen, and two balconies that face a quiet pedestrian street. There is free WI-FI (Internet) access all over the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. There is a new bedroom, just across the Street, with exclusive use bathroom (not shared) but it is not inside the room. Cleaning of the common areas is done often, and the hosts Ana and Bruno are available to address any needs. Portable fans for the bedrooms, fresh towels and hair dryers are available for an extra charge of 2 Euros per item. All attractions of Malaga are within short walking distance. While just around the corner from one of the main squares of Malaga, Plaza Unicibay, the guesthouse is located on a residential street with no businesses, and therefore it is very quiet. The street ends in a tranquil plaza with fountains and olive trees. Please note : Cancellation Policy : 48 hours. Only cash payment accepted on arrival. Check-in hours: We do no accept check-in outside 9am to midnight. Reservations with arrival time outside this time period may be cancelled. Arrivals between 9pm and midnight have an extra fee of 10 euros. Check-out time : 12:00pm. Late arrivals: Arrivals between 9pm and midnight have an extra fee of 10 euros. Arrivals between midnight and 2:00am have an extra fee of 15 euros Breakfast not included. Taxes included. Pets not accepted. House rules: In respect to other neighbors, no loud noises after midnight are allowed. It is important that the guests wash their own dishes after eating/drinking and that they don't leave their private things in common areas. Washing machine use: Ana (the host) is the only one allowed to use the washing machine. You may ask her to do the laundry for as little as 2 EUR per wash. No smoking is allowed inside the house. You may smoke in the balconies. You may ask us to change the sheets with 24 hs in advance. The cost is 5 euros. Set of 2 clean Towels costs 2 euros per item/stay. Fan costs 2 euros per item/stay for a maximum of 1 month. Hair driers cost 2 euros per item/stay for a maximum of 1 month. Please note that property requires a minimum stay of 3 night and wont accept any bookings without consecutive nights.
