Albert Road Serviced Apartments are conveniently, centrally located directly opposite the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Albert Park, Grand Prix Circuit, Golf Driving Range and Olympic Stadium.Only a short distance to Clarendon Street shopping precinct, South Melbourne Market, Cosmopolitan St Kilda, Albert Park Beach, Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne CBD, the esplanade, picnic areas, function centres, trendy restaurants, shopping and public transport at the doorstep.Albert Road Serviced Apartments have beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchens with glass splash backs, stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances. Each apartment features a separate lounge/dining room, and a spacious modern bathroom and internet access. *We require all guests to inform of their estimated arrival time at the time of booking. We also ask that you call at least 30 minutes prior to arrival so that we can ensure we have a staff member on-site to greet you. Please contact us if you will be arriving after 6pm so that we may give instructions of afterhours key collection. *Please be aware that the upper level apartments are accessed by stairs only. Please contact us if you require a ground floor apartment. Priority is given to guests with mobility restrictions. *A reminder that Albert Road Serviced Apartments do not operate a daily cleaning service to inhouse guests. All stays of 4 nights or more will receive a midstay clean every 4th day. Laundry facilities are provided in every apartment for guest use. Toiletries are provided upon check-in. It is the responsibility of the guest to purchase personal items once expired. Additional housekeeping services may be requested at a fee.
