The restaurant offers American home cooking in a romantic, candle-lit dining room. The bar is named after its giant seahorse filled aquarium, offering premium liquor and house specialities in a cosy setting.Instead of an oversized lobby, there is a series of intimate rooms throughout the ground floor. Public spaces at the hotel are residential in scale, creating a warm, welcoming feeling from the moment a guest walks through the door.
