Your own Private Condo for less than a Hotel. Residences at Bayside by Elite City Stays in Miami offers ultra luxury full-service vacation rental condo and corporate apartments specializing in stays of three nights or more. Upgrade yourself to more space and amenities than a typical suite, often for less than a standard hotel room.  A valid credit card is required to pay for your reservation. The full reservation amount will be debited from your Credit Card at the time reservation is made. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Please note the following: Cancellation policy is 1 night penalty if cancelled more than 4 days prior to arrival, Non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of arrival. Cribs are available for free based on availability an upon request.  Valet Parking is $18 per Night There is an optional $25 daily cleaning fee. This would be an additional fee and can be requested upon arrival.
