The villa is cleaned for arrival, sheets are changed weekly, a rational amount of water and electricity is allowed. TV and safety deposit box can be hired.From Barcelona or Valencia on the AP7, follow directions for Miami Playa. Leaving the motorway there is a roundabout, turn right ; there is the Urbananizacion Cassalot, head for Calle Barco de Miami Playa where they will give you a map to your accommodation.The villas are near to shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tourist information office etc. There is a golf course 5kms away towards the mountains. The theme park Port Aventura is 25kms away and the Delta del Ebro 50kms.Each of the houses have 70sq mts. On the ground floor: there is an American kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven washing machine, microwave and fridge; WC with shower; salon/dining room with sofa bed; porch / terrace with private garden and access to the communal area. First floor: there are two double bedrooms leading onto a balcony and a complete bathroom. There is a car park available.
