This cosy hostel is a secret place that feels just like a home that you share with friends! IT IS IN OLD MONTREAL ON A PEDESTRIAN STREET. Right smack as they say! The area is like in Europe, near the Old Port where all the restaurants, boutiques, street artists, museums are. Quartier latin, quartier des spectacles, downtown, Mont-Royal, everything is walking distance. Get hints on where to go and what to do. If you are lucky you could end up in a jam session because there are instruments for the guests to play! Otherwise it could be a conversation in the kitchen... IMPORTANT: AIR CONDITIONING IN THE SUMMER AHHH! Free wireless, of course, free calls in North America, skype ready computers. Our hostel is CLEAN! During the week, it is calm and quiet for the most part but on the weekends, some rooms that have the street view can be noisy because there are bars across the street. There is a backyard little private terrasse under a big maple tree. AND NO CURFEW, we use your confirmation number to setup your code to get in whenever you want! THE HOSTEL CONSISTS OF the two top floors of a historic monument. It has a kitchen, a living room, 2 clean showers and 2 toilets with complimentary spray perfume! 5 private rooms, 6 six beds female dorm, a 5 beds male dorm and a 22 places mix dorm. The big dorm is in a loft style place under a wood beams attic. EACH BED IN THE DORM IS SECTIONED BY CURTAINS for added privacy. One private room is much larger floor space and a couch, that is why the price is different. 24h arrivals are always fine with our pre-registration system, please read your confirmation. Everything is plus tax in Canada. 3$ mendatory once for the linen. Park on Gosford and Champ-de-Mars on Friday and Saturday for 7$ a day. If you don't want to pay more for parking than accomodation find a free parking far and take the metro. Thank you all for keeping this place vibrant, alive and interesting!
