This one room apartment is very comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, a spacious living room containing two convenient pull-out sofas, satellite television system, huge wardrobes and a large balcony with a fantastic view.The kitchen is also attached to the living room in studio fashion. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a refrigerator, pots, pans and everything else necessary for cooking. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and is quite large. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 2 nights accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the guests reserved departure time.
