The Space Located on the Link Road in Malad West, my apartment is ideal for those who need to be on the move. Autos and buses can be hailed just as you step out of the apartment, even late at night. The railway station is just 10 mins away, for those who need to commute by the train. And for those who want to chill out without heading too far, this area has it all—malls, restaurants, beaches and pubs. You can take your pick from the oldest mall in the suburbs (Inorbit) to the latest one Infiniti. And if you like to experience different cuisines, there's an array to choose from--Mexican, Tibetan, Chinese, Italian and the famous Indian Mughlai. As for the apartment, it is furnished with all the goodies to make your stay comfortable--right from hot water shower, air conditioner, fully automatic washing machine, microwave oven, cable TV and WiFi connectivity. For those wanting to cook their own meals, all utensils, quality cutlery and crockery is available, besides a 4-burner glass-topped stove and hob. You can get all the ingredients you require for cooking home delivered if you want. All linen and towels are provided at the apartment and changed every three days. There's a caretaker to keep the apartment spic and span, wash utensils and run errands for the guest if needed or even to assist with the cooking. Last but not the least, being on the top-most floor, the apartment has a spectacular view of the Link Road and the skyline, making for a great evening at home. We try our best to provide all our guests with excellent service to make their stay comfortable and memorable. About Malad - Malad is fast becoming an IT hub with many BPOs opening their facilities. There are at least 7 malls and the largest of them is Infinity Mall. There is a rare holy relic of Mother Mary that is on display at St Peter's Jacobite Church, also called the Soonoro Church at Mith Chowky near Orlem. The relic, a piece of fabric believed to be part of the girdle worn by Mother Mary, is on view between September 1 and 8. The relic draw thousands of worshippers. The relic, also called a Soonoro or belt, was brought to Kerala from Syria in 1982 by the head of the Orthodox faith, Ignatius Zakka I. The Malad relic is a piece of that Soonoro. Beaches - The Aksa Erangal and Marve beaches are within accessible distance from Malad. Aksa Beach Dana Paani Erangal Beach Madh Island & Madh Fort Manori Beach Marve Beach - Ferry Service to Manori Aksa Beach is approx 8 km from Malad Station & Madh (email hidden). RidhiSidhi Ganesha Temple One of the main temples in Malad is the Ridhi Siddhi Ganesh Mandir. It will be only 15 minute walking distance from Malad Station near N.L.High School. Interaction with Guests The interaction between a host and guest is becoming more and more important. With that said, how exactly I communicate with my guests is also changing thanks to the advent of new technologies.
