House is situated in Ruaraka, Garden Estate on Toto Lane - 7Kms to Gigiri - 14Kms to Central Business District and is in a placid/tranquil area. The area is very safe and, Toto Lane has good security backed up by two Administration Police. The house has a large garden with beautiful bushes and plants and has about 15 different species of birds as well as a friendly dog, Max, which loves sitting next to anyone in the garden (it can be locked if one wishes). The guest will occupy in the upper wing of the house which has its separate entry. The package for the guest will be on a bed and breakfast basis. The facilities for the guest are : - a sitting area with working desk, TV, book shelf, etc.... - a self contained bed room with desk and en-suite bathroom A common laundry area is also accessible. There are no children at home. Internet can be accessed through the Safaricom modem. Lunch and dinner can also be prepared at guest requests as there is a cook in the house though there will be an extra fee for this service. The daily charge on first guest is USD 40.00 (Dollars Forty only) for bed and breakfast. Second guest is USD 15.00 (Dollars Fifteen only) bed and breakfast as well.
