This 3 storied guesthouse offers a homely atmosphere to its guests. Rosewood Inn is a lively and inviting place and is located in a residential area, which offers friendly neighbours and safety. Lobby The guesthouse has a small yet tastefully styled lobby with multi coloured checked sofas. This space has ample amount of natural light streaming in through the windows, owing to a wall of glass. There are various glass containers around with potpourri in them. The walls are decorated with a couple of contemporary glass paintings. The reception has a white marble top with pictures of Ganeshji and other religious idols. There is a large magazine rack which has books and magazines of the day along with a limited list of books, some in English and some in other languages from across the world. Rooms A total of 14 rooms occupy this space. The rooms are divided into 2 Suites and 12 Deluxe Rooms with the Suites being the higher category. The Suites are cosy rooms with patterned bedcovers and wooden headboards at the bed. On one corner stands tall and pretty, a floor lamp along with 2 beige sink in armchairs and a wooden coffee table with a glass top. Lamps are mounted on the wall on either sides of the bed. The basic difference between the Suites and Deluxe Rooms are that the Suites are slightly bigger with different upholstery and beds. Four of the rooms in the guest house have attached balconies and some of the attached washrooms have bathtubs while the others have shower cubicles. The washrooms are a clean space with soap, towels, toilet paper, bucket and a mug. The facilities offered within the rooms are cable television, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, telephones and geysers in the washrooms. Cable television in this hotel is through set top boxes. Services & Facilities Over and above the aforementioned services, Rosewood Inn also offers car rental services, high speed internet, full power and electricity back up, ample parking space, 24 hours security, safe deposit lockers and a doctor on call. Location Rosewood Inn is located in a lively residential area in South Extension and is 14 kilometres away from the domestic airport, 17 kilometres away from the international airport, 13 kilometres away from the New Delhi railway station and just a 5-minute walk from the South Extension shopping complex that offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
