Maison l'Irise is located in Nice, just a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and Nice Acropolis. It is a 1-bedroom town house with a rooftop terrace and a large living room. The house is also made up of an open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, stove and large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Maison l'Irise is also ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the port and a 15-minute walk from the main beaches. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 7 km away and an airport shuttle service is available with an extra cost.Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Bed linen and towel are not provided but can be rented at the property. Extras charges will apply for arrivals outside of the stated check-in hours.
