The Apple Pie consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom has a queen size four poster bed and the second double bedroom has a king size bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai. There is a formal and informal dining area, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, separate utility room with a washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD. This home also has the benefit of a games room containing pool table.There are 3 bathrooms; Bathroom 1 has toilet, hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.Bathroom 3 is a wet room with toilet and one basin, suitable for disabled persons. Telephone calls to anywhere in the United States or Canada are free of charge. Free wireless broadband is available. The activation code the serial number on the white connection box by the TV in the master bedroom.The resort has communal tennis, volley ball, basket ball and a children’s play area. We really appreciate your co-operation.The villa has a no smoking policy, so please can you ensure that you follow at all times.Plus please keep glass away from the swimming pool. If you do break a glass and it goes into the pool we will need to drain the pool to avoid any accidents.
