Magic Landings is a gated housing community located near US Highway 192 and the Florida Turnpike in East Kissimmee, with easy access to all of the Orlando attractions and theme parks. This quiet location features a surrounding conservation area for a peaceful holiday. The community features nicely decorated 3 and 4 bedroom homes, each with a private screened-in pool. All homes have a full kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities) and a separate living and dining area. Master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bathtub shower, and there is at least 1 other bathroom in the home. Facilities include a direct dial telephone, cable TV, radio, washing machine and dryer and ironing set. Central air conditioning and central heating are standard in all homes. The standard amount of pool furniture provided is 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a patio table.
