This resort enjoys a convenient location on Highway 27, just 1.6 km south of the junction with US Highway 192. A supermarket, shops and restaurants are just a short drive from the resort, as are the following theme parks: Walt Disney World (14 km), SeaWorld (29 km) and Universal Studios (35 km). A number of airports can also be found nearby, including Orlando International Airport (49 km), Orlando Sanford International Airport (88 km), Patrick Air Force Base (117 km), Tampa International Airport (119 km) and Miami International Airport (384 km).This gated resort features courtyard homes, which have been designed in a Mediterranean style. The courtyard homes are not detached, rather they are adjoining properties, and the resort includes many community facilities. This is a good pool heat community.All courtyard homes feature a private, screened-in swimming pool and are furnished to the highest standard. They are semi-detached/terraced properties, similar to town houses, to give them a European-style look, however they offer the size and all of the facilities of a detached villa. The en suite bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower and hairdryer and in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, double beds and air conditioning and central heating. The kitchens come with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set.The resort features a clubhouse with an indoor children's play room, a gym and a large lounge. Other features within the resort include a tennis court and sand volleyball court.
