Apartment 11 min du Centre de Paris, it's located 11 minutes from the center of Paris by RER (onlt 2 stops). Ideal if you are coming with a group with friends or family. It is divided into two rooms, plus a large kitchen plus a bathroom and toilet. In the 1st room there is a double bed and another double bed in mezzanine fixed. In the 2nd room there is a double fixed double bed mezzanine and a sofa bed very comfortable double bed. It overlooks a garden. Bedsheets are provided. It is convenient because you can cook and eat it without extras cost. Please note : Cancellation Policy : 7 days. Payment accepted on arrival: cash only! You can contact the owner for bank transfer payment prior to arrival. Flexible Check- in / Check- out time subject to availability. Taxes included. Cleaning fee: 20 EUR for more than one day stay and 50 euros if you book the place for 1 night only.
