Located in one of the more sedate parts of the city, the Montorgueil quartier is largely pedestrian and is a wonderful place to stroll around and get lost in the tree lined streets and atmospheric bars, cafes and restaurants. This recently refurbished apartment is located in the mostly pedestrian Montorgueil district and is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Located on the top floor, the apartment is bright and fresh with plenty of natural light. The apartment has a very warm and homely feel to it with comfortable traditional furnishings, a parquet floor, elegant lighting and delightful artwork. The living room contains a large double sofa-bed, a stylish coffee table, a wonderful fireplace and a charming dining table with seating for up to six guests. The kitchen is traditional in style and comes complete with an oven, a hob, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.  The two bedrooms consist of one bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Both have bedside stands and lamps. The two singles can easily be joined together.
