Set on the 4th floor, the studio features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD player, sofa, wardrobe and a private bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, electric orange squeezer, and kettle. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. Grocery shops, restaurants and cafés are ideally located within walking distance and Gare du Nord is just a 25-minute walk away. Abbesses Metro Station allows direct access to Place de la Concorde and Madeleine Church.Please note that the studio requires a 4 night minimum stay. There is no lift in the building. Prepayment by bank transfer is due just after you reserve. The property will contact you via email to organise this. Late check-in and early check-out are possible at a surcharge. A EUR 350 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay. Please note that a mandatory EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
