The recently restored Casa 45 offers a central location in Porto, less than 5 minutes’ walking from Avenida dos Aliados. It features a private garden area and views of the city from the top floor. Each room at Casa 45 is bright and combines antique furniture with a modern layout. They all have a private bathroom with shower, and some include a private balcony with city views. Breakfast is served in the living/dining room with a balcony overlooking the city. Casa 45 surrounding streets are filled with antiquaries, booksellers, small restaurants, and pubs. Guests can stay connected with friends and family through the WiFi access or simply relax with a book from the library. To further explore the area, the iconic Lello Bookshop is less than 10 minutes’ walking, as well as Clérigos Tower and the quaint Bolhão market. The Ribeira district is within a 20-minute walk from Casa 45 and includes plenty of summer terraces with street performers. Porto wine cellars are across Douro River, in Gaia, and feature wine tasting sessions.Please note that the 20% deposit charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Casa 45 will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 are subject to an additional cost.
