This luxury, spacious, duplex five-rooms apartment with three bathrooms was reconstructed and refurnished in 2011. Ii is located on 6th floor of a house with elevator, which goes to 5th floor only. The total area of the apartment is 240 m2.THERE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED UP TO 12 PERSONS IN THE MYSTIC_10 APARTMENT!ON THE LOWER FLOOR there is a spacious living room with a sofa, TV, dining corner with a dining table with eight chairs, full-equipped kitchen, 2 private separate bedrooms (each with double-bed), 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, wash basin and 2 separate WC.ON THE HIGHER FLOOR there are 2 separate bedrooms (each with double bed), third bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC.The additional four beds can be placed in bedrooms or in the living room.---------------The price shown bellow is valid for 8 persons staying in the apartment.For additional persons the price rises by 6 EUR/1 night/1 person.If you want to book the apartment for more than 8 persons, you have to pay the deposit by hostelworld.com for orly 8 perosns, and than the owner will contact you to find out the total number of persons staying in the MYSTIC_10 apartment.---------------DISCOUNTS:(High season 1.4.-1.11.2012):7 NIGHTS FOR THE PRICE OF 6!(Low season 1.11.-22.12.2012):6 NIGHTS FOR THE PRICE OF 5!REDUCED PRICES FOR MONTHLY STAYS!For more information see DEALS tab.---------------
