Pragues Heaven offers to rent rooms with quick and easy access to all major sights (just few minutes to the heart of Prague - by subway or tram which is going all night long!). Please note that the check-in time must be during our regular hours (9.00-15.00)! For later or sooner start of your stay you need to contact us in advance to make an arrangement !!!!!!Check-in from 13.00Check-out at 10.00Maximum time to check-in is 11 PM (although you need to make an arrangement in advance).24th + 25th Dec - the check-in is not possible! You can stay through these dates or you can check-out but you cannot check-in.We only accept cash (CZK) on arrival!Bookings will be preauthorised in advance. If the process fails, we have a right to cancel your booking. Prior to that we will contact you by phone (if you provide it) to inform you about it.You may cancel your stay up to 24 hours before arrival date - the day before your arrival by 8 AM - written cancellation (by email) is needed and must be confirmed by us!
