This nice, two-room apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2010. It is located on 1st floor of the house without an elevator, situated on a fairly busy street. The total area of the apartment is 65 m2.There is a room (for 4 sleepers) with a double bed (the beds can be separated) a convertible sofa, which converts into an additional double bed, and a sattelite TV (250 channels), a fully-equipped live-in kitchen (for 2 additional sleepers) with a convertible sofa, which converts into a double bed and a dining table with four chairs. In the kitchen there is placed a shower cubicle and also a washing machine.
