Good views of the beach and the ocean can be seen from the front rooms. The hotel has an excellent location and it is suitable for budget travellers as it offers very good value for money. Only 10 minutes from Shopping Centers, 10 minutes from Ipanema, 20 minutes from Sugar Loaf and Corcovado.All the rooms are medium in size and traditional in decor with carpeted floors and dark colours predominant. All are in fair to good condition with dark wood furnishings.A modern high-rise structure typical of Rio's beachfront properties.The restaurant is situated on the first floor overlooking the ocean and serves local and international cuisine.The lobby is medium in size with tiled flooring. There is a dark wood reception area and a wood pannelled ceiling. It also incorporates a lounge/ TV area, a traditional dark wood bar/ lounge area and a small jewellery boutique.
