LOCATION : Situated directly on the beachfront of Copacabana Beach, the hotel has an ideal location and is also just a few minutes away from the centre of Rio and is easily accessible to both Santos Dumont and Galeao International airports. ROOMS : All the rooms are large to very large and in very good condition as are the bathrooms which are marble throughout. Decor is modern with varying colours used. The superior rooms have either partial or full view of ocean or the Copacabana beach. RESTAURANT : The hotel boasts three restaurants of which one is on the top floor with stunning views over the surrounding beachfront and ocean and the remaining two are on the fourth floor. All serve very high standard international cuisine. EXTERIOR : A very modern high rise tower block, typical of the modern, deluxe beachside properties. LOBBY : The lobby is large in size with marble flooring throughout with separate reception, concierge and bagagiste desks. It is new throughout and incorporates a seperate seating area and offers the quick, efficient and professional service. It leads directly into a large bar/lounge area with a piano bar in the evening. GENERAL : This hotel is without doubt one of the best hotels in Copacabana beach. It is excellent not just for the service or category, but for its outstanding location.. Donvand Limited 2006
