This hotel, previously called Casa Accoglienza Don Orione, had his names change in 2003 after the Visit of His Holiness John Paul II. Casa Giovanni Paolo II is modern and comfortable, is situated in the highest part of the hill of Monte Mario, a pleasant position and close to St. Peter's Basilica (Vatican) and the historical center of Rome. The whole complex has disable access and all rooms are accessible by ramps or lifts. The rooms (single, double, triple and quadruple rooms for a total of 160 beds) are very spacious and comfortable and equipped with bed linen, towels, hair dryer and courtesy kit of hygiene products. All rooms have air condition and have private facilities, many of which are equipped for disabled guests. Each floor has a spacious living room with TV.
