The structure is situated in a 30th-century building with a characteristic lift/elevator. It offers, in a quiet placed, 4 double rooms with all facility and comfort at your holiday-stay. (Private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, minifridge, daily cleaning). The hotel is located just 100 metres from San Giovanni Metro Station. Clients are kindly asked to inform City Room about their arrival times. There is not a 24hr reception. Please note that for all arrivals starting 1st of January 2011 a city fee will be applied: 2 Euro per person per day. This fee is not included in the hotel rate and it's to be paid directly at the hotel.
