Gianicolo is a beautiful area in Rome which sits on top of a hill immediately next to Trastevere.   The second bathroom is in the corridor and both bathrooms have bathtubs.The spacious living room is colorful and has 3 sofas, antique furniture,  a dining table for 10, a flat screen television and dvd player. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 provides all the necessities and more. A wonderful garden outside creates the perfect atmosphere to relax at your home away from home. You may find it better to stay in and enjoy nice large meals or a simple aperitif in this relaxing atmosphere. It is a real oasis with plants, a Jacuzzi, 2 big dining tables,  and lounge chairs with cushions.Also available Internet wifi and portable air conditioning units. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
