Both the day area and the kitchen open onto the inner courtyard. The night area is composed of a bathroom with two basins, bidet and Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and two bedrooms. - The first bedroom comes with a wall closet (no doors) and a single bed; the windows look out into the courtyard. - The second bedroom, looking out onto Via Elvia Recina, comes with a double bed (160X190 cm), a chest of drawers and a sofa. Air conditioning and flat screen TV are provided. Extra facilities: - Air conditioning only in the master bedroom. Beware: for check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost as follows: Saturday, sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40 The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
