LOCATION : The Villa is located in Rovinj, about 300 metres from a pebble beach and twenty minutes walking from the city centre. ROOMS : Most of the rooms are medium in size in fairly good condition and so are the bathrooms. They are mainly decorated with dark furniture and light paint throughout with a rustic feel. RESTAURANT : The restaurant is small in size and during the summer you can have your breakfast on the outdoor patio. EXTERIOR : This is a low rise property. LOBBY : The lobby is small in size and incorporates a couple of seating area. GENERAL : This is a small run family hotel, very nice tidy and clean.
