The villa is quite large (120 square meters) and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed and two luxury shower rooms. The villa provides a large swimming pool, one of the largest private swimming pools in Santorini. The pool is shared with three more villas.Villa Rodia has also a very big veranda perfect for sunbathing or dining. It also has a very big private terrace with a big stone table with perfect, panoramic view to the Eastern side of Santorini and the islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros. The villa is brand new since its construction was finished in 2011 and provides all the comforts while it keeps the traditional style since the dominant material is the local stone.Vila Rodia is suitable for those who would like to discover the magic of Santorini, while staying in a very peaceful place. It is suitable for families since it is not necessary to climb any steps in order to reach your property. It also has a private parking space which is located at the terrace level, just a few meters from the villa's entrance. The Villa's manager will provide you with all the necessary information about the property; propose places you should visit such as touristic attractions, restaurants, shops and museums.We will be also glad to help you arrange a car or bike rental; organize local island tours and transfers within the island.The villa also provides 24 hour on call maintenance and daily maid service that is included in the price.
