This property is set on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, lakeside sauna and homemade Finnish food. Lomamokkila’s accommodation options have wooden floors and either private or shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Some include flat-screen TVs, while free Wi-Fi is available in the main building. Guests can book either a traditional or smoke sauna on site. They can also enjoy free use of rowing boats on the lake. Volleyball, badminton and tennis are popular summer activities. During winter, guests can cross-country ski on the trails that surround the farm. Snow shoes and bicycles can also be rented. The on-site shop sells the farm’s own products, and the summer restaurant also uses some in its traditional dishes.If you expect to arrive after 18.00 please inform Lomamokkila in advance. Extra charges will apply if you arrive after 22:00. Please note that dinner reservations need to be booked in advance. The restaurant is open daily from June until August.
