The hotel is located in one of the most prestigious districts of the city, which is also the best shopping district. The hotel's proximity to Moscow station and the metro, many historical sites, including the Hermitage, and business centres makes it a popular choice with both city visitors and business travellers. The hotel is housed on the second floor of an Art Deco-style apartment house, an architectural monument from the late 18th century. After staying in one of the rooms, guests can really feel the atmosphere of the so-called Silver Age. The Acmeist circle of poets, including Anna Ahmatova, Nikolay Gumilev and Osip Mandelshtam, used the house as a meeting place. There are only 7 rooms at this city hotel.
