If you are looking for cultural heritage, at a 10 minutes walking distance you can find Longshan Temple, Taipei's oldest Buddhist shrine, surrounded by other smaller temples. Then you can spend an evening strolling around Huaxi Night Market, known for its snake snacks (snake soup, snake grill, snake blood drink etc.) and antique souvenirs. With the Main Station for train and long-distance bus departures being nearby and MRT Ximending station being just at the corner, transportation is very convenient from here, an ideal location for visitors to Taiwan.
