SkadaVeli Guest-house located in Kala - the oldest and most important residential district of Old Tbilisi - on the second floor of an old Georgian double storey house built in the 19th century, in walking distance to the city’s main square and to everything worth seeing and experiencing in Tbilisi. SkadaVeli ROOMS: DELUXE TWIN PRIVATE ENSUITE - with 2 single beds and with ensuite bathroom Linen and Towels included The room’s extra facilities: Air Conditioning STANDARD TWIN PRIVATE + 1 BED (Shared Bathroom with only 3 other guests) - with 2 single beds + 1single bed Linen and Towels included The room’s extra facilities: Air Conditioning In case of a group of 3 people an extra bed is available for an additional 30.00 GEL per night. once the booking is complete, we kindly request you to contact us to prepare the extra bed STANDARD DOUBLE BED PRIVATE (Shared Bathroom with only 4 other guests) - with double bed Linen and Towels included The room extra facilities: Air Conditioning STANDARD SINGLE PRIVATE (Shared Bathroom with only 5 other guests) - with 1 single bed Linen and Towels included The room extra facilities: Air Conditioning All 4 rooms have shared kitchen and huge common wooden terrace SkadaVeli FACILITIES: Free Wireless Internet (WI-FI) access in the rooms Kitchen: Utensils, Cooker, Fridge/Freezer – also includes Free Sugar/Tea/Instant & Turkish Coffee Hairdryer Iron / Ironing Board Laundry: Washing Machine - Washing fee (price per wash): 5 GEL Airport Transfer fee: 25 GEL (11-13 EUR) - taxi price SkadaVeli CONDITIONS: - Minimum stay of 2 nights for your selected dates - Check in: 13:00 - Check out: 11:00 - 24 Hour Reception for the guests arriving with a later check in time - From 9:00 AM, for guests arriving earlier than the mentioned check in time, the reception is able to store your luggage until check-in - We provide the Airport Transfer facility for guests arriving at a later check in time and guests arriving on an earlier check in time, but not earlier than 9:00 AM - Payment: full payment should be made in cash only, in GEL (using the official exchange rate on booking date EUR to GEL) on day of arrival (maximum of 24 Hours) - Please note that Payment is non-refundable! - We do not accept bookings for groups of more than 4 people (especially males) - Bookings made (even under different names) for a group of more than 4 persons will be cancelled - Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to stay at SkadaVeli, regardless of whether or not they are accompanied by a parent - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent to stay at SkadaVeli - No pets allowed At SkadaVeli - Our policy states that cancellations must be made 72 hours before the check-in date - Cancellation/changes to the booking, or part of the booking, on or after arrival date will be charged fully and payment is non-refundable - If you are more than 3 hours late without advising us it will be assumed that you are not arriving and your booking will be canceled - After check out (11:00 + 1 hour) All Facilities (shower, toilet, kitchen, terrace) are only available for guests staying at SkadaVeli on that particular day/night - Leaving luggage for 1 or more nights is only allowed for guests who are returning to stay at SkadaVeli during their trip - Your own guests/visitors (not more than 2 persons) are only allowed to stay at SkadaVeli for a couple of hours during the day - Your own guests are not allowed to stay at SkadaVeli from 9:00 PM until 9:00 AM - Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rooms - No large, noisy parties and celebrations are allowed at SkadaVeli - Guests should respect other their fellow guests and our neighbours and should (try to remain as quiet as possible)be quiet, especially after 10:00 PM, and after 00:00 even in their rooms - It is not allowed to borrow / take towels, blankets or any other items from SkadaVeli, even for a short period of time
