The apartment is about 90m2 and have a huge balcony long 30 m. It is situated only 5 min of walking from the city center (Skenderbe Square). The apartment have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a living room with 2 sofa-bed. In the apartment there is also a tv, air conditioner, internet wireless. The kitchen is well furnished with all the utensil and also microwave, kettle, dishing machine, oven and a huge fridge. The bathroom have WC, bidet, shower, toilet, towels, washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo, soap. The home is only 8 minutes of walking from Blloku an attractive area in the City center. And 5-6 minutes of walking from the Historic Museum and The Opera (500m). I live also in the same building so every request from the guest will be done. I provide them with all the information about Tirana, moneychange, attractive areas, general information when they check in. Near Tirana there is also a mountain called Dajti where is a lift that brings people on the top. There is a nice restaurant with a fantastic view. We appreciate guests to smoke outside in the balcony were are 2 tables with different chairs, kind of smoking area. The apartment is in the 2rd floor with an independent entrance. We provide also a parking place in a private street for free but under request. In the ground floor there is also a small bar. The area is really central; in front of the building is the Ministry of Envoirment and next to it is the Ministry of Education. So is very easy to find the place. In the area there are also a lot of restaurants and bars different shops and mini markets. Vila Shoshi Policies and Conditions: Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. Check in from 13:00. Check out before 12:00. Payment upon arrival by cash. Taxes included. Breakfast not included. General: No curfew. Your check in and check out are flexible as the booking are coming. We will provide you with everything you would need to feel like home. Some things like fan and iron are under request but free to use by the guests.
