The central location makes the apartment ideal for visiting Valencia. Walking around the apartments surroundings one can see the main sights, monuments, and many tourist attractions along with some of the citys most vibrant shopping streets, restaurants and nightlife. Located on the second floor of a restored building, dating back to the early XIXth century (no lift), the apartment has one bedroom with balcony, built-in closets, and a double (queen size) bed. The living room has a large balcony, sofa bed and equipped kitchenette (vitro ceramic, microwave, toaster, fridge, etc.) and there is a complete bathroom. The apartment measures 46m2, sleeps a total of 4 guests and is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, DVD, TV, a hair dryer, towels and sheets.
